1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ATX INVOX platform and mobile application ("Service"), operated by ATX INVOX Pty Ltd, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

ATX INVOX provides cloud-based invoicing, expense tracking, ABN verification, and tax-summary tools for Australian businesses on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials confidential, and all activity under your account. Report unauthorised use immediately to hello@atxinvox.com.au.

4. Subscription & Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST where applicable. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or in violation of Australian law
• Submit false or misleading financial data, ABNs, or tax information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code from the platform
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Service belongs to ATX INVOX Pty Ltd. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we make no warranties regarding accuracy or fitness for purpose. Not a substitute for professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may cancel via account settings. We may terminate access immediately for breach. Data may be deleted after a 30-day retention period unless required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
